All Commercial and Industrial Service Calls = Standard 105.00 per hr / Current Maintenance Customers 95.00 per hr

All Freon Types* = 30.00 per lb / anything over 100 lbs is subjected to bulk discounts based on order size

All parts = Current market price + standard retail markup (Current maintenance customers receive 10% discount)

Ice Machine Repair

All Ice Machine Repair Trip Charges = One time 45.00 Trip Charge (Not applied more than once on multiple trip calls)

All Ice Machine Service Calls = Standard 95.00 per hr / Current Maintenance Customers 85.00 per hr

All Freon* = 30.00 per lb

All Parts = Current market price + standard retail markup (Current maintenance customers receive 10% discount)

Chiller & Out of State Rates

All Chiller Repair Trip Charges = One time 45.00 Trip Charge (Not applied more than once on multiple trip calls)

All Chiller Service Calls = Standard 95.00 per hr / Current Maintenance Customers 85.00 per hr

All Chiller repair in house shop rate 65.00 per hr.

All Freon* = 30.00 per lb

All Parts = Current market price + standard retail markup.

All out of state service calls = 155.00 per hr (Port to Port - Includes drive time to the site from THC Headquarters - time on site - and trip back from site to THC Headquarters)

Residential Rates & Services

Overtime & After Hours Rates

Calls received anytime after 5:00pm weekdays & anytime Saturday & Sunday

After Hours and Overtime Service Calls = 142.50 per hr / Current maintenance customers 127.50 per hr (Port to Port)

After Hours Parts = Current market value + standard retail markup + emergency fee charged by supply house          (50.00-150.00)

Holiday Service Calls = 190.00 per hr / Current maintenance customers 170.00 per hr (Port to Port)

Holiday Parts = Current market value + standard retail markup (customers will be regulated to in-stock parts only other than extreme emergencies, at which time the emergency fee charged by the supply house will be added to final cost)

* Please note Port to Port = Customers are charged from the time the Technician leaves THC until the time the Technician arrives back at THC
